The 2016 Red Etude is a blend of 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 19% Petite Verdot, and 25% Syrah. This vintage is a bold, elegantly concentrated rich blend with a fine supple structure. The balance of smoke and tobacco, as well as aromas of blackberry and spice, make this a very approachable wine. The flavor profile includes blackberry, black cherry, and pepper. This wine has a “to die for” rich velvety mouthfeel.
