The Grapes were harvested in the Columbia Valley. This is a dry Viognier with hints of apricot, nectarines and tropical fruit. Also with a light floral nose of honey-suckle and orange blossom. This wine pairs nicely with a chicken tangine with apricots and almonds served over saffron rice. The aromas in the dish should heighten the fruit flavors and creaminess in the wine.
