This Bordeaux blend is 35% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Malbec and 10% Petite Verdot. This vintage is a bold, Bordeaux blend with excellent structure. There are nuances of smoke and tobacco as well as aromas of blackberry and spice. The flavor profile includes blackberry, black cherry, and pepper.  With vibrant flavors and perfectly structured tannins and balanced acidity, this wine will pair exceptionally with roast or prime rib.
