2011 Holmes Harbor Cellars
Bronze Medal 2012 Seattle Wine Awards. Harvested from Viognier from Chelan and Chardonnay from Yakima Valley. It was fermented separatley in stainless steel tanks and then combined to make a 78% Viognier and 22% Chardonnay Blend. This wine has the unique nose of Chardonnay with the full flavors of Viognier. With distinct flavors of apricots, peach and honeysuckle and a hint of citrus, this wine will pair nicely with seafood, chicken and turkey dishes. Serve chilled for a refreshing summer afternoon.
